Evita Arce is a Jazz dancer specializing in Lindy Hop, Charleston, and partnered dances from the American Swing era. Her directing and choreography has been recognized in Sleigh Bells Swing with the George Gee Orchestra at the Edison Ballroom, President Obama’s inauguration celebration with the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra at the Kennedy Center, and in the reoccurring New Years Eve Show at Lindy Focus. Remy Kouakou Koame fell into Swing at an early age. His approach to Lindy Hop is special because it combines the authenticity and the respect of the dance – thanks to the education he has learnt from his elders – with an originality and creativity inspired by his experience of many styles of dance, with the addition of some spicy madness that characterises Remy! For him, dance is summed up by an enriching exchange between two people and, specifically for Remy, Swing is a state of mind, a spirit that reflects life.

Hasse and Marie are internationally recognized for their high energy, positive attitude and spirit as Lindy Hop dancers and instructors. Their classes emphasize the use of partner connection, musicality and technique. Energy and focus on fun are constant elements to every class. They have a lot of teaching experience and they appear on the teaching line up for many established camps around the globe and they are the co organizers of the Snowball.

Hasse and Marie live just outside Stockholm, Sweden. They have been dancing and competing together for many years. Today their main focus is social dancing but every once in a while you´ll still see them entering Jack n´Jills, Intergenerationals, lindy and balboa competitions - being very successful. They are doing their best to learn more about dancing and to spread their knowledge and passion for Swing dancing to others.

Moe Sakan has had professional training in many types of dance, including jazz, ballet, tap and contemporary dance. In 1999 Moe fell in love with the Lindy Hop, since then this has been her dance of choice. An active social and competition dancer, she is proud to have won several UK and US competition titles. Winning the world's biggest Jack 'n Jill competition with Marcus Koch at Frankie 99 is one of the most special titles Moe has been proud to win. Moe is passionate about the music and fashion of the Swing era and she constantly endeavours to recreate an authentic style.

Jenny trained at The Doreen Bird College of Performing Arts and has been performing and competing pretty much her whole life. Winning her first competition at the age of 4, she went on to win the All England Championships Tap, Ballet & Modern divisions, winning the Tap division 3 years in a row. Starting her West End Debut in Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Song and Dance with Wayne Sleep she continued to partner Wayne for the next 5 years in various shows, royal galas and guest appearances.

Jenny began Lindy Hopping 24 years ago in Anthony Van Laast’s show “Souls in Motion” where she joined Ryan Francois’ dance company Zoots and Spangles.

During those years Jenny has travelled the world teaching Master Classes, sharing her extensive knowledge of dance technique and exposing countless people to her love and passion for the dance and continues to do so. To many in the swing dance community she is thought of as one of the “Teachers Teachers”.

Katja Završnik started dancing at the age of 5 and through the years studied various forms of dance such as Ballet, Jazz, Modern, Ballroom, Gymnastics and Acrobatic Rock and Roll for 9 years.

Since 2005 she has focused on early American dances from the Jazz age and Swing era, such as the Lindy Hop, Swing, Balboa and Charleston. Her dance is a reflection of her music taste so the evolution of her life learning various dances was only natural.

Katja currently lives in Ljubljana, Slovenia and travels doing special weekend workshops and festivals. In the past few years she has taught in Russia, Ireland, Finland, Germany, Scotland, including the worlds largest Lindy Hop, Balboa camp, Herräng Dance Camp which is in Sweden.

Felix Berghäll (Sweden)

Like any other Swedish dancer he started in the Swedish competition scene. He started at the age of nine and with Bugg as his main style. One year later he took his first basic six count step in Boogie Woogie and has since then never stopped dancing or competing.

The year of 2009 and the first visit to Herräng was a big turning point in his life. That visit turned out to be the best thing he could do, his way of training for both competitions and his own dancing really changed and resulted in his most successful years in his career. He is part of the Swedish National team in both Boogie Woogie and Lindy Hop and made some fine results in the last 3 years.

Since then he has tried to inspire and learn everything that he can and develop his skill of dancing, music and teaching. He wants to pass on this knowledge to people all over the world, and is a strong believer of the freedom and the authentic style of the dance and the connection you create with your partner and the music. He sees swing dancing as a way to bring people together and bring happiness into their life. Because when he dances that is all he can think about and express. Pure happiness.
