Cancellation notification received on or before 29 June 2012: 100% refund on camp fees; 100% refund on accommodation. Cancellations notification received between 30 June 2012 and 27 July 2012: 50% refund on camp fees; 100% refund on accommodation. Cancellations notification received after 27 July 2012:
No refund on camp fees or accommodation.

This year we have simplified the booking process and are now offering registration only, or registration with full-board
packages. Only those booking a full-board package will be able to eat in the Camp Savoy restaurant.
There are other restaurants on campus, and an on-site shop where you can purchase food
if you do not select a full-board package.
